Creative Mind

Creative Mind

Posted on August 29, 2012

I haven’t posted for a while, have been swamped with the book “create your art career” coming in March 2013 from Allworth Press, and getting the text together for the new website (coming soon), and setting up the Center for Career & Professional Development at Pratt, and making videos for the new FA 12 class at SVA.

I’m also making ppts to accompany the videos for the new semester of Creative Mind Business Mind and planning the website for the book and creating a creative mind course for individuals based on the Hoboken day of healing and meditation, coming soon …..

But wanted to share some of the new meditations. Just have to figure that part out. Have audio files and video files…. hum…. perhaps a dropbox folder? Email me if you are interested, I’ll figure it out.

Open to suggestions!

At the very least, here is a word doc of theTibetan Channel Breathing & Release the chatter meditation.

Read to yourself or have a friend read to you. These are two of my favorites. Email me anytime with questions, always happy to help.
